Commercial Air Service

Akron/Canton Regional Airport (24 miles east) – Easy access from Ohio’s interstate system with three jet capable runways. Cleveland Hopkins Airport (50 miles north) serves Northeastern Ohio with over 800 domestic and foreign flights daily.

General Aviation

Wayne County Airport (5 miles west) – Provides services for private and business aircraft, and boasts a 5,200 × 100 ft. east/west runway.

Interstate Access

Orrville’s Main Street is State Route 57, running north and south. To the south, Route 57 terminates in US Route 30 which provides access to Interstate 77 to the east and Interstate 71 to the west. Approximately 16 miles to the north, SR 57 provides access to Interstate 76, a major east/west thoroughfare. From Interstate 76, motorists have access in less than ten minutes to Interstates 77 and 71.

Water Facilities

The Cleveland World Port on Lake Erie is approximately 50 miles. It offers general cargo handling services as well as sites for private tenants.

Railroad

CSX, Norfolk Southern, and Wheeling & Lake Erie provide rail service to the Orrville area and industrial park. These rail services provide local industries with easy access for transporting supplies and products.

Trucking Services

Several major delivery services including Federal Express and United Parcel Service provide service to the Orrville area. There is also an extensive selection of trucking firms in the area, from contract haulers and heavy and light haulers to general motor freight. Many pride themselves on responsiveness to “just in time” production schedules.

Additionally, the Northeast Ohio Intermodal Facility, a 24-hour, global operation, is located in nearby Navarre, Ohio. The state-of-the-art facility offers computerized inventory control, Electronic Data Interchange, a 210-acre staging area for empty units and chassis, three 4-ton overhead cranes, and high-speed receipt and dispatch of containers as well as access to a network of highways for NEOMODAL service to all major cities.
