City of Orrville Police Department

Five fundamental values form the foundation of the Orrville Police Department: Quality, Integrity, Honesty, Compassion, and Commitment. The Department is a modern, professional department with current technology and training. The modern 24-hour dispatch center is a 9-1-1 center for parts of southeastern Wayne County. In addition to maintaining public safety, the Orrville Police Department is heavily involved with the community through its crime prevention and community relations programs.

City of Orrville Fire Department

In 1872 the Orrville Fire Department was organized with 36 volunteer members. Today’s department has a full-time chief and 40 on-call volunteer officers and firefighters. The Department has the latest in training as well as up-to-date firefighting and rescue equipment.
